How do I buy your products?
If you wish to purchase some of our glass, simply complete this form and tick the products you are interested in. We will be back in touch with you asap to take your order and arrange delivery.

Can i find your products in the shops?
No! We are completly unique and are the sole distributors for our glass in the UK.

Terms of Business and Delivery Information

• All products are hand made in Budapest, Hungary. Exact colour and size cannot be guaranteed.
• We carry most items in stock. Any out of stock item will take 4-6 weeks to be made and delivered.
• Orders will not be placed with the manufacturer until full payment is received
• Payment should be in the form of a cleared cheque made payable to 'Bespoke Glass Basins Ltd' or by a direct bank transfer.
• Postage and Packing for UK is charged at £9.95 per 15kg. (approx 1 basin, collar,waste and bottletrap). The price for lighter /heavier parcels will be adjusted accordingly. We will send our products to Europe and worldwide using an international courier. Please click here to ask for a quote
• Damages must be notified within 7 days of receiving your goods.
• All products should be installed by a qualified plumber/fitter.
• There will be a 25% handling charge for any returned goods ordered from us incorrectly or surplus to requirement. Returns should be received by us in unopened, orginal packaging.
